This water hose clamp is used in your refrigerator to support the water tube. If the tubing or hose is working, but is loose inside the unit, the clamp, which is supposed to support it in place, could be broken or damaged. If this is a symptom of yours, you should replace the clamp. These tube clamps are sold individually, the screw is not included. leak from back of refrigerator where water line enters ice compartment
replaced old water fill tube for ice maker because it would clog with frozen water which would result in leaking from back of refrigerator where water line for ice maker entered refrigerator. Parts arrived faster than anticipated from parts select. New part was made differently (up-graded) so that water would not freeze. removed old fill tube and replaced with new. replaced water tubing and secured. leak is no longer present and I do not anticipate further issues from this problem. 1 Review
PartSelect Number PS11727816
Manufacturer Part Number W10833902
This water tubing clamp keeps the 3/16-inch diameter water tubing mounted to your refrigerator. Its purpose is to prevent shifting, kinking, or loosening of the tubing, ensuring a consistent water flow for the water dispenser and ice maker. It is typically located at the back of the cabinet near the inlet valve. If the clamp securing the tubing in your refrigerator is not properly secured, it can result in leaks or complete detachment. This poses a risk of water damage to your fridge, flooring, and nearby structures if not addressed promptly. To replace the clamp, refer to your user guide for its location. Then, use a screwdriver to remove the securing screw. Please note that this clamp is sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturer and does not include any additional hardware.

ice maker kept on dripping water causing ice in the icee containergood compression to freeze in a block
ordered a new shut-off valve. arrived in 5 days. installation had to wait a couple more day for i had to order a new compression nut. the reason i had to order a new nut was because the original nut was made of teflon and stripped easily when i tightened it to make a leak proof.joint. the new nut arrived in two days and was installed readily being that it was made of brass and consequently did not strip when i tightened to make a drip proof joint. finished in approximately twenty minutes' the video that this site has on the internet was of great value.
