Order by Phone
PartSelect's Order Desk is available toll-free at 1-888-895-1535 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern time, Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time. The customer service staff of the Order Desk is unable to provide research or technical assistance via the phone. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card over the Internet, you may call the Order Desk and they can process your order over the telephone. You must have the part numbers of the items you are ordering ready before you call.
Order by Email
You may order parts from PartSelect via email if you choose. To process your order, you must provide PartSelect the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A password to use on PartSelect
- Your address, including zip code
- A shipping address, if different from your billing address
- Your telephone number
- A list of the items you wish to purchase (either PS numbers or OEM numbers) including the quantity of each
- The type of shipping (Standard / Rapid / Overnight)
- Your credit card number, including expiry date and cardholder name
OR
- A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours to provide your credit card information
If you order by email you will receive confirmation of your order at the email address you provide us. If there is a problem with the order, you will still have the opportunity to cancel the order as per usual.
