Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. This could be an issue with a defective Drain Pump PartSelect Number PS12365827. I would suggest cleaning out the pump and hose before replacing the pump. Hope this helps!
Our washer is just over a year old. It is leaking water during the wash cycle, not a lot, likely 1/4" cup. The leaking water seams to be coming from under the machine, more on the left side (at least that is the side the water is coming from under the machine). Any help is greatly appreciated. I was thinking of buying cameras and setting them up under the machine to see where it was leaking but maybe you could help before i put a camera in a wet location. Thanks.

Hello Brian, thank you for your question. The most likely cause of that leak is the door gasket that seals the water in the tub. The bellow can become cracked, or torn. Alot of times items left in pockets can get down in the crease of the bellow and cause pin holes as well. We would recommend inspecting the bellow to determine if the water is coming from there. I hope this helps.
Hello Richard, thank you for contacting us. The washer circulation pump is part number PS12365825, and the washer drain pump is part number PS12365827. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
Hi Bill,
Thank you for your question. Here is a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference for information on how to install the pump. The washer in the video may not be the same as yours, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. We hope this helps!

Hi Lexy, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description, the issue is because of the outer rear tub bearing. Bearing is not sold separately, it comes with the outer tub, part number PS11766062. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Removed broken off part with screwdriver and replaced with the new. The store repair man was going to charge $129 and we were able to do it ourselves for $30. A big thank you!
