Follow-up to yesterday's conversation. All pipes and tubes are fine. When the dishwasher is running i don't hear the pump trying to engage to drain, nor do i hear the "click" that indicates it is switching cycles....it just sits quiet for a couple minutes (enough time to empty and refill) then starts sloshing (the same) water again. because it sprays water i'm confused about whether or not the pump could be faulty. if it is the pump, do i require others parts also, such as seals or o-rings, clamps? any additional help or thoughts is appreciated. and if you could specify the part numbers i will need i will be grateful for that help also.

Hello Ray, thank you for your question. The circulation pump is what pushes water through the unit so that part is working, but it sounds like the drain pump isn't working. If the drain pump isn't kicking in and it just keeps going through to the wash cycle, we would recommend replacing the drain pump. PartSelect Number: PS8689824. You should not need any gaskets or o rings to replace this part. I hope this helps.

Hello Joe, thank you for writing. First we will want to be sure you installed the correct Door Springs, as if they are too short, the door will not properly open all the way. The compatible replacement Door Springs for your model dishwasher are part number PS1524996 (manufacturer's part number 154579101). Is this what you installed? We look forward to hearing back from you!

My dishwasher suddenly stopped emptying the dirty water. It runs through the whole cycle but never empties. What could be the problem? The pump? The controls? Something else?
For model number FFBD2411NS0A
Hello Ray and thanks for writing.
One of the most common reasons your dishwasher might not drain properly is due to a block or clog in the drain path. This path includes the sump, pump, drain hose and sinks drain, and any one of them could have trapped food particles or a buildup of grease that prevents water from draining after a cycle. Once you checked all of the above and it still does not drain you might need a new pump. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Hello, the dishwasher wasn't starting and not showing any lights and using this website I was able to determine it needed a new circuit board. After installing the circuit board, I now have lights, but when I press start nothing is happening. I tried turning on and off the washer at my circuit breaker but that didn't do anything. The dishwasher door locks, and it is getting power as I used a multi meter to determine the wires coming from the handle were live.
Can someone please assist as I am at a loss on how to fix this. Thank you!

Hello Nicholas, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model number you have provided and it could be an issue with the touchpad control assembly or the door lock assembly is not telling the control board that the door is locked so the dishwasher will not start. You can test the door latch switches with a multimeter, and you can test the control panel by opening the door, disconnecting the touchpad from the control board, and then leaving the door open, wait 10 minutes and then shut the door. If the issue is with the touchpad, the control board will start the drain pump. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

The spray arm would fall off during the washing cycle.
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having th

e problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.

Water leaking from Inlet Valve
Remove the bottom cover plate. Disconnect the water inlet and black rubber hose. Remove 2 mounting screws. Pull out electrical connector. Reverse order. Be sure to get the brass inlet connector really tight so it won't leak. I did the final tightning after the part is mounted. Not a bad repair at all. The only problem was that it
