LIGHTS FLICKER ON/OFF THEN STAY OFF WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR AND FREEZER DRAWER.
For model number KBBR206ESS00
Hello Nick, thank you for your query. We would recommend replacing the door switch, part number PS12731166, to fix the issue. The function of the refrigerator door switch is to turn on the light when your fridge or freezer door is open and to make sure it is off when the refrigerator door is closed. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Gail, thank you for reaching out. Our research has found that The water filter is located in the base grille below the freezer compartment door. It is not necessary to remove the base grille to remove the filter. Remove the filter by pressing the eject button and pulling
straight out on the filter cap. Avoid twisting the cap when removing the filter because
this could cause the cap to come off. If this occurs,
replace the cap and pull the filter straight out.
There will be water in the filter. Some spilling may occur Remove the cap by turning it counterclockwise until it stops.
IMPORTANT: Do not discard the cap. It is part of your
refrigerator. Keep the cap to use with the replacement filter.
Align the ridge on the cap with the arrow on the new filter and
turn the cap until it snaps into place. Remove the covers from the O-rings. Be sure the O-rings are still in place after the covers are removed. Place the cap (removed in Step 2) on the new filter. Turn the cap clockwise until it snaps into place. Part number PS11722128 is the replacement Water Filter. We hope this helps.

It's simple enough in theory: read the side of the box and follow the instructions. BUT you need to really push the knob in pretty hard (I am a girl, and my hand strength isn't that good). If you don't, when you turn the knob, the filter won't come out, then it's tougher. So: make sure the knob pops before you turn!
