dryer made rumble noise
for this model which is only a three year old maytag elec dryer , had to take complete dryer apart to get to the blower , drum has to be removed and motor has to be removed then all put together again
This part is the replacement drum support bushing for your dryer. It is made of white plastic and measures approximately 1-3/4 inches by 1/2 inch. The drum support bushing is the part that supports the drum in the front of the dryer. The main reason you would want to replace the bushing is if it is worn, damaged, or missing. If the bushing is damaged, the dryer may be loud when operating, and this is an indication that it will need to be replaced.
