I have gotten sediment in the washer from our well. I have since gotten hose screen, but do not know how to flush the it out. can someone please help? thank you
For model number MVW7230HC0
PartSelect logo
Hello Harry, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest running a complete drain cycle. To clean the drain hose, remove the clamp from the hose, and pull it out. Wash it manually with clean water. If this does not work, you may have to replace the drain hose, part number PS12578897. The sediments might also be stuck in the drain pump, affecting the proper flushing of the water. To get access to the drain pump, you may have to remove the back panel of the washer and remove the hoses attached to it with the hose clamps. We hope this information helps!

clothes in dryer no electricity to board cover locked
For model number MVW7230HC0
PartSelect logo
Hello Richard, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we would recommend checking the power cord and the electrical outlet for any fault. If they are fine, then the control board, part number PS12745529, is most probably faulty and needs to be replaced. We hope this information helps!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Tab on door strike got broken off and washer would not operate without it.
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
