My freezer keeps thawing and refreezing every few weeks. I constantly have to clean out the ice that builds up on the bottom. Sometimes I can see the seal on the door is not closing all the way but then after I get it to stop doing that(usually after about 2-3weeks) it seems fine. Then after another few weeks it starts doing this again.

Hello JJ, Thank you for the question. If the gasket is not sealing it will allow warm air in and cause issues with the Defrost Cycle. We hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. It sounds like either the filter cover under part PS11743682 is damaged where it connects to the bracket tabs, or the bracket itself under part PS2069868 is damaged and would need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Ice maker does not dispense ice after water freezes
For model number WRX735SDBM00
Hello George, thank you for contacting us. An auger motor will spin an auger blade to push the ice out of the ice bucket and down the dispenser ice chute. You may need to replace the auger motor, part number PS11752533, to fix your issue. We hope this helps.

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

Removing the existing filter by rotating as directed and then dislodging from 'docking' station proved difficult. Turns out, the old filter is under a bit of vacuum pressure and getting the unit to separate or release was a challenge.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection.
